Accruent Observe Integration

The integration with Accruent Observe automatically creates work orders in Maintenance Connection to address alarms and flagged conditions in telemetry data received from Accruent Observe. The telemetry data also verifies whether work has been completed, allowing or preventing work order closure based on the data.

To configure the integration, add your Accruent Observe username at Preferences > System > Accruent Observe integration username ID.

Work order Complete/Close

When a technician attempts to close a work order (setting work order status to Completed, Finalized, or Closed) addressing an alarm or flagged condition, telemetry data verifies whether the issue has been fixed before allowing the status change. When you access the Complete/Close dialog for an Observe work order, messaging at the top of the dialog informs you of the alarm status via telemetry data.

If an alarm or flagged condition still exists, technicians are notified and are either prevented from closing the work order or are prompted to review telemetry data before closing, depending on configurations set up in Observe.
